Before joining JunZeJun Law Offices, Ms. Li Huiying accumulated rich experience in civil enforcement and execution relief when worked in the Civil Division II and the Executive Bureau of the Luohu District People's Court of Shenzhen, where she participated in various commercial disputes and execution objection cases, and especially made in-depth studies on the difficult issues of execution disputes.
After joining JunZeJun, Ms. Li Huiying handled many private lending, financial borrowing, equity betting disputes and enforcement cases. She specializes in the rapid and effective preservation of property, efficiently promoting the disposal of various types of property such as houses, land use rights, company shares, stocks of listed companies and maturing claims, and has successfully recovered billions of yuan in claims for clients. Ms. Li Huiying graduated from China University of Geosciences (Beijing) with a Bachelor of Laws in 2011. And is pursuing a master's degree in civil and commercial law at China University of Political Science and Law from 2015 to the present.
