They all graduated from celebrated Chinese or foreign universities and have rich experience in trade, antidumping and other WTO related laws. From the first antidumping case initiated by Chinese authorities against imported newsprint in 1997, JunZeJun lawyers have represented hundreds of Chinese or foreign clients in more than fifty antidumping cases. JunZeJun's International Trade & Regulatory department develops close and active cooperation with foreign law firms of United States, Europe, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Australia, India, Turkey, Indonesia, Thailand, South Africa, Egypt and Latin America. Based on this transnational network, JunZeJun lawyers can provide Chinese or foreign clients with timely, comprehensive and accurate industry information to remind our clients of potential antidumping investigations and cooperate with foreign law firms to provide complete strategy and solutions in specific cases for our clients. JunZeJun's International Trade & Regulatory department also maintains frequent communication with the Chinese antidumping investigation authorities, chambers of import and export and industrial associations. Through such communication, JunZeJun lawyers can conveniently establish their knowledge on certain investigated industry or product and provide complete and accurate advice to foreign clients on how to prepare the response to questionnaires and other necessary documents required by Chinese investigation authorities.
