20 years of practicing and research. Rich experience and excellent expertise in the areas of international finance, international investment and trade, securities, futures, trust and international commercial arbitration.
(i) Advising on dozens of large industry and infrastructure financing projects involving various financings such as international commercial loans, syndicated loans, export and import credit, project financing, aircraft financing and structured financing;
(ii) Advising a large number of international financial institutions on (financial and commodity) derivatives and structured products, repos, precious metal loans, collateral, foreign exchange, assets management, private banking and etc;
(iii) Advising a number of trust and investment companies, securities companies, fund management companies and etc for their formations, restructuring, rectification, reorganization and liquidation;
(iv) Advising a number of international financial institutions on their setting up joint venture financial institutions, investment in local financial institutions in China (including securities company, trust company, fund management company and auto financing companies);
(v) Advising foreign financial institutions in their purchase for NPLs of Chinese financial institutions;
(vi) Providing legal survey and research papers for international financial institutions (including World Bank);
(vii) Advising on issuing and listing of shares and share transfer of dozens of listed companies;
(viii) Advising a number of foreign private equity investment funds and venture capital funds on their various projects in China;
(ix) Representative dozens of international arbitration cases.
