Partner Yuan Peihao was Invited to Review the 4th PEFA

On December 4, 2017, the Fourth Prix De L’Entrepreneuriat France Alumni (PEFA) held by French Embassy was initiated at Ali Center in Shenzhen, where five entrepreneurs standing out from the preliminary contest performed road shows competing for champion by explaining how their new projects work.

 

Mr. Yuan Peihao, Partner of JunZeJun law offices, was invited to select the winner in the Final, acting as one of the members of the jury consisting of eight experts of China and France, coming from fields of law, education, investment, business, etc. 

 

The jury was required to grade projects of these five entrepreneurs from many aspects of these projects such as realistic feasibility, viability, integrity of the plan, comprehensive quality of entrepreneurs and their teams, etc.

 

Meanwhile, Mr. Yuan also gave some advices to these teams on their projects about the ownership structure, governance structure, the legal risk of intellectual property, the sustainable development and so on. 

 

Zhang Jie, Doctor of Materialogy and Mechanical System, graduated from Université de technologie de Troyes (UTT). In the Final, his project，Routing Inspection of Drone System (RIDS), successfully won the championship after the jury’s intense discussion.

 

RIDS is a system mainly used in survey and map, as well as to maintain the lines in the fields of railway, oil, and gas pipeline, etc. Further, it researches and develops the drones to collect and analyze the data of pictures and videos of terrestrial space for institutes in ecology field. Finally, it can realize the development of the construction of Internet of Things and Artificial Intelligence Algorithm. 

In addition, there were many other outstanding projects: Research and Industrialization of Kit for early screening Lung Cancer Based on Testing Serum miRNA using SOL Technology by Li Cong, Intelligent and Flexible Factory by Liu Jia, Wormhole Plan by Liujunpeng, Intelligent Robot and Factory by Wengjinghong.
