JunZeJun's partner Elliott Y. Chen and his team have been recently acknowledged by the World Bank and International Finance Corporate (IFC)for their valuable input to preparation of "Doing Business 2015: Going Beyond Efficiency".
JunZeJun's contribution, in particular, comprised professional advice on requirements and regulations in corporate law with which should be applied when conducting a business in China.
When the report published recently, we received a package of Certificate of Appreciation signed by Augusto Lopez Claros, acting director of Global Indicators and Analysis Department, Financial and Private Sector Development Vice-Presidency. JunZeJun Law Offices has been publicly acknowledged on the World Bank's website as one of local partners in China with other international law firms, accountant and consultant firms.
The Doing Business project is an annual publication of the World Bank and International Financial Corporation that benchmarks the business regulations in 185 economies worldwide. "Doing Business 2015" is an annual series of reports providing objective measures of business regulations and their enforcement based on the data collected through local experts, including lawyers, business consultants, accountants, government officials and other professionals routinely administering or advising on legal and regulatory requirements.
