Mr. Tao Xiuming Invited to Attend a Talk and Give a Speech on “Asset Management Dispute Handling”

JunZeJun managing partner, Mr. Tao Xiuming was invited by the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) to be the main speaker as a representing committee and arbitrator, to make a speech on the theme of the Asset Management Dispute Handling on 23 February, 2017.

In recent years, incidents of commercial disputes have been surging significantly as the domestic financial market develops rapidly. The main controversies arose and frequent problems faced are on the limelight. Mr. Tao summarized the domestic asset management market, and introduced relevant regulation problems. Together with specific cases as example and his personal arbitration and legal profession experience, he raised certain suggestions on improving the handling of asset management disputes. Guided and brought a new insight to the attendees in arbitrating these disputes.

More than 50 people, ranging from legal consultants of corporations to lawyers and arbitrators, attended the talk held at the main conference. The CIETAC also broadcasted it to other branches so that more commercial legal consultants and lawyers can watch it live at other conference venues.
