Mr. Wang Zhengyang Invited to delivery legal speeches in Tokyo and Osaka, Japan

Invited by Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC), Mr. Wang Zhengyang, senior partner of JunZeJun Shanghai office, delivered speeches on "Prevention on Legal Risks of Commercial Transactions" and "Preventing the Disclosure of Commercial Secrets" to more than 230 Japanese entrepreneurs in Tokyo and Osaka on February 22 and 23.

Mr. Wang's speeches improved not only Japanese entrepreneurs' knowledge about Chinese legislation, jurisdiction and commercial transactions, but also their confidence to invest and conduct commercial transactions in China.
