Attorney Wang Speaks at the "Green Development Seminar"

JunZeJun's managing partner, Mr. Wang Zhengyang, was invited to speak at the "Green Development Seminar" by the Sichuan Real Estate Association. He gave a lecture on "Key Legal Issues and the Application of Laws during the Development of Green Architecture by Real Estate Enterprises" to the real estate administrative departments of 15 different regions and cities in Sichuan and representatives of over 200 real estate enterprises.

Mr. Wang introduced the established legal system relating to green architecture based on the "Green Architecture Action Plan", which was recently published by the State Council, as well as other laws, regulations and policies on energy conservation and emission reduction in the real estate industry. He further analyzed and elaborated on the legal issues in this field, illustrated by relevant cases and projects. He received a warm welcome and praise from the seminar's attendees.
