Partner Wang Zhengyang Invited to Deliver a Keynote Speech by Lianyungang Association of Industry and Commerce

On July 23, 2019, Mr. Wang Zhengyang, a Senior Partner of Beijing JunZeJun (Shanghai) Law Offices, was invited to attend the 3rd session of the 13th Executive Committee Meeting of Lianyungang Association of Industry and Commerce (Chamber of Commerce), where Mr. Wang delivered a keynote speech entitled as "Enterprise Financing and Legal Risk Prevention in the New Situation".

The Lianyungang Association of Industry and Commerce invited Mr. Wang to give a special lecture on enterprise financing for the purposes of further supporting local enterprises, enhancing the legal awareness of entrepreneurs and promoting the economic development of Lianyungang in the current context of private enterprises finding it difficult and costly to finance. Based on his rich experiences in practice, Mr. Wang introduced to the participants the possible methods of enterprise financing in an all-round manner. Through case analyses, he analyzed the problems, difficulties and risks that enterprises may encounter in the process of development and provided various solutions from civil, commercial and criminal perspectives. Private enterprises should raise funds scientifically and in compliance with the law and avoid the legal risks in financing in a timely and effective way.

Mr. Wang also introduced Asset-backed Securitization (ABS), Sci-Tech Innovation Board and other financing businesses whose rapid development has been seen in recent years.
