JunZeJun attorneys meet with Russian guests of Russia - China Investment and Economic Cooperation Center

On 9 January 2010, Mr. Alekseyevich, vice director of Russia - China Investment and Economic Cooperation Center, and Ms. Niandan Wang of a four-people delegation, paid a business visit to JunZeJun Law Offices. Partners of JunZeJun, Mr. Li Junyan and Mr. Li Zhenhe, and attorneys of JunZeJun foreign investment division, Mr. Li Yonghu and Mr. Li Yang, welcomed the Russian guests, and held warm and friendly conversations together.

 

Mr. Alekseyevich, vice director of Russia - China Investment and Economic Cooperation Center, introduced that the center is established by the economics and development department and a national scientific research institute- Productivity Research Council, which has a history of 95 years, with great support and care from both Chinese and Russian government.

 

Mr. Wang Junyan introduced the basic information of JunZeJun Law Offices, focusing on the diversity of the structure of partners and fields of professional services of JunZeJun, and its extraordinary achievements and rich experience in the fields of foreign investment and investment attracting. Mr. Li Zhenhe introduced the successful experience of JunZeJun on providing legal services to multinational corporations, especially the professional services provided to the corporations on launching investment companies in China and the designation and reorganization of their investment managing structures. Mr. Li also referred that JunZeJun, as the investment promotion representatives of Moselle, France, has recommended and suggested investment programs to Chinese corporations, promoted the corporations invest overseas to France, and accomplished outstanding work in providing relevant legal services.

 

Conversations between the two parties were honest, friendly and effective. The Russian delegation expressed its recognition of JunZeJun’s experience and abilities in overseas investment, urging the law offices to provide memorandums of legal service contracts and fulfill the internal approval procedures, hoping to establish long-term cooperation with JunZeJun Law Offices and share professional knowledges and experience in the fields of investment and economic trades mutually as to contribute to China-Russia investment and the development of economics and trades.
