JunZeJun Won the “Distinguished Member Award 2013” of Zhejiang Equity Trading Center

The second general assembly (or general member meeting) of Zhejiang Equity Trading Center was held on 20 November, 2013 in the Oriental Culture Park in Yiqiao, Xiaoshan. JunZeJun was awarded the title of “Distinguished Member 2013” by the center.

Nearly 200 member organizations and 400 representatives attended the general assembly to discuss on plans for development. The attending members include 27 major domestic security companies, 15 major domestic banks and representatives of venture capital enterprises, accounting firms and law firms. Up till now, the center has 630 listed enterprises, among which there are 121 companies of the growth enterprise market with a total market value of RMB 20 billion and an accumulative trading volume of 430 million shares, and 509 enterprises of the innovation board with an equity base of RMB10.7 billion. There are also 210 trustee enterprises with 20.9 billion trusted capital stock shares and 26 registered PPN (private placement bonds) enterprises with a registered amount of RMB 2.63 billion and a completed amount of issuance of RMB1.27 billion, completing financing of RMB 3.19 billion stock equities and RMB 1.24 billion pledge equities, collectively achieved an aggregate financing amount.of more than RMB 5.7 billion.
