JunZeJun Shanghai Office Successfully Addressed a Speech on Debt Repayment in Wuxi

On July 16, 2015, co-hosted by Mizuho Bank and JunZeJun Shanghai Office, the speech on legal knowledge of debt repayment was successfully held in Wuxi Millennium Hotel.

The topic of the speech was “Get the Debt Repaid Through Prosecution and Arbitration”. With the rapid growth of business in China and due to the difference in culture and operation belief, more and more Japanese enterprises now confront the predicaments in debt repayment, especially those failing to resort to prosecution and arbitration. Mr. Wang Zhengyang introduced the debt repayment methods on consultation and prosecution, as well as the the strategic preparation of lawsuits and arbitration. He also briefed the current situation of Chinese judiciary environment.

The speech was delivered bilingually in Chinese and Japanese. A total of 33 managers and directors from 20 enterprises in Wuxi, Changzhou, Nantong, Jiangyin and Nanjing attended the speech and were actively responded in Q&A part. The communication and interaction between Japanese attorneys and Mr. Wang on the similarities and differences of debt repayment in China and Japan in jurisprudence added fun to the speech.
