Our Hong Kong Office is staffed by a team of legal professionals who are graduates of Hong Kong or other Commonwealth countries, hold practising certificates from various jurisdictions, possess LLM or PhD degrees and other professional qualifications, and undergo rigorous training at the early stages of their practice to ensure that their services are of a highly professional standard.

JunZeJun Hong Kong Office focuses on Hong Kong and international commercial matters, and its main areas of service include: corporate law and capital markets, dispute resolution, etc. In the areas of corporate law and capital markets, JunZeJun is able to provide a wide range of legal services. In the area of corporate law and capital markets, the Hong Kong office is highly capable of providing clients with legal services in relation to certain Hong Kong initial public offerings (IPOs), investment and financing transactions of Hong Kong listed companies, compliance matters of Hong Kong listed companies, mergers and acquisitions, asset management and funds, and other commercial non-litigation matters.
