Ms. Felicity is admitted to practice law in China and California, US. Additionally, she is qualified as a patent agent in China and a registered forensic accountant in the US. She possesses rich experience, particularly in cross-border transactions and arbitrations, as well as intellectual property protection. International and Intellectual Property Non-litigaiton Projects:

• From 2016 to 2017, leading the acquisition project of Dow's Brazilian corn seed company and related germplasm resources by Longping High-Tech and CITIC Agricultural Fund, with the acquisition target of 1.1 billion US dollars. This project was the second-largest cross-border M&A transaction in the Latin American chemical industry by a Chinese enterprise.
• From 2016 to 2017, represented Longping High-Tech in a series of business negotiations, agreement drafting, and continuous project tracking for production and research joint ventures, localization investments, technology licensing, and other activities in several Southeast Asian countries including Singapore, Vietnam, the Philippines, India, and Japan.
• From 2018 to 2019, leading the non-GMO rice cooperation project between Longping High-Tech and BASF, including the inport, cooperation, commercialization of intellectual property, and commercialization of the related products. This project was the largest coopertation project of non-GMO rice in the world that year.
• Represented Sany Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. in production and R&D joint ventures, investment localization, technology licensing, and other business negotiations with a Japanese company in 2015.
• Represented Sany Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. in business negotiations and agreement drafting for product and technology licensing, transfer, and cooperative with a company in Austria in 2015.
• From 2011 to 2014, leading the business negotiations and agreement drafting in a technology coopertaion program between Sany Heavy Industry Co., Ltd and a German company.
• Leading the intellectual property risk assessment and system improvement projects related to patents and trade secrets for a listed company in Jiangsu. Identified 34 intellectual property risk issues, facilitating the company’s R&D activities in 2022.

Litigation and Arbitration:

• Sany Heavy Industry v. Sany Heavy Industry Ma'anshan Trademark Infringement: Obtained judicial recognition of the "Sany Heavy Industry"(in Chinese character) well-known trademark, recognized as one of the top ten intellectual property judicial protection cases in 2012.
• U.S. 337 Investigation/Series of Patent Disputes initiated against Sany: achieved victories, settlements, and termination of the 337 investigation through comprehensive legal counterattacks in both China and the United States.
• Representing Sany Heavy Industry in an international arbitration for maritime losses: the respondent was a company from Switzerland. achieved settlements according to excellent evidence and negotiation strategies, with Sany Heavy Industry receiving full compensation for losses, avoiding time consuming international arbitration procedure and overseas enforcement procedure, achieved arbitration goals in the fastest and most efficient manner.
• Representing Sany Heavy Industry in an international arbitration for purchase contract dispute: the applicant was a company from Italy, with a claim amount of 3.5 million euros. Despite the applicant having a significant advantage in evidence, Sany Heavy Industry obtained an arbitraion award reducing damages by over 75%, ultimately settling and reducing losses by over 90% after the arbitration award.
• Representing Sany Heavy Equipment in series of international arbitrations for products quality disputes: the respondent was a company from Germany, with dispute amount of 727,000 euros. Achieved Settlement after the arbitraion awards, with Sany Heavy Equipment reducing losses by over 50%.
• Representing Sany Heavy Equipment in an international arbitration for products quality dispute: the respondent was a company from Germany, with a claim amount of 1.75 million euros. Achieved a victory in arbitration awards.
• Representing Sany Hong Kong in an international arbitration: the respondent was a Hong Kong citizen, with a claim amount exceeding 200 million Hong Kong dollars. Reached a settlement through solid evidence and excellent negotiation strategies, efficiently and effectively achieving arbitration goals.
