With proven experience in financial asset management, Ms. Zhang has specialized in business compliance judgment, legal and risk control, project risk assessment, and compliance management mechanism construction in a central government-administered trust company, a well-established joint-stock commercial bank, and a giant fund management company over a decade. Ms. Zhang is equipped with a good knowledge of all sorts of investment and financing products, trust plans, asset management plans, asset securitization and other business operations concerning trusts, banks and private equity funds, and provide some large-scale trust companies and asset management financial institutions with legal services ranging from design of financial products, compliance analysis and judgment, legal due diligence, review of legal documents, and issuance of legal opinion.
