Representative Works

• The case of a private lending dispute between Liu Someone and Liu Someone Else, with the principal being Cao Someone. In the first instance, the principal was adjudged to bear the debt. However, the appellate court, finding the facts consistent with the first-instance court, adopted our arguments, overturned the original judgment, and dismissed the lawsuit.
• The case of an administrative license dispute between the client Chen Someone and the People's Government of a certain county. The dispute involved mining rights licensing. The first-instance court did not support the client's claim. After being remanded for retrial twice by the Sichuan Provincial Higher People's Court, the client's mining rights were ultimately protected.
• The case of administrative penalty in urban planning and management involving the client Wang Someone, Liu Someone Else, and a certain city's Comprehensive Law Enforcement Bureau. The client, being an interested party due to the adjacency relationship, argued that the bureau's administrative penalty was too lenient and procedurally illegal, advocating for the annulment of the illegal administrative penalty and ordering a reissuance. The first-instance court supported these claims, and the appellate court upheld the decision.
• The case involving the client Zhang Someone suspected of intentional injury. Through the efforts of the defense attorney and the provision of key evidence, the prosecutor's office decided not to prosecute, preventing any impact on the client's public office position.
