Since commencing practice on May 12, 2005, Zhu Junping Lawyer has dedicated himself to criminal defense while also handling civil and commercial dispute resolution. • Hubei Huanggang Issuing False Special VAT Invoices Case: The first-instance judgment imposed a 10-year fixed-term imprisonment. The second instance remanded the case for retrial.After retrial in the first instance, the sentence was revised to 6 years.The second instance judgment further reduced it to 5 years and 9 months.
• Hubei Xiaogan Multi-Crime Case: Secured lighter punishment for a client facing nearly 20 counts of criminal charges.
• Wuhan Exam Cheating Organization Case: Achieved lenient sentencing for a client charged with organizing exam cheating.
