Ms.Guo specializes in the areas of intellectual property and civil and commercial litigation.
Ms. Guo's practice covers a wide range of areas including copyright, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, enterprise names and domain names, data compliance, and unfair competition. She previously worked in the intellectual property court of a High people's court, where she handled and managed hundreds of various types of intellectual property cases, gaining substantial practical experience in intellectual property litigation. She is familiar with all stages of court procedures including case filing, litigation, and enforcement.
During her practice at JunZeJun Law Office, Ms. Guo has focused on emerging fields such as the internet, new media, online games, and high-tech industries. She has represented many well-known companies from the internet, gaming, film and television, home appliance, animation, and hardware industries in comprehensive intellectual property and unfair competition litigation. She also routinely handles legal projects for renowned domestic and international games involving compliance review, global expansion, and response to criminal legal risks.
Ms. Guo is familiar with internet product mindset and business models, and has conducted in-depth research and understanding of key and challenging legal issues in the internet industry. She possesses unique insights into the strategic planning of corporate intellectual property protection.

Representative Works
- Provided comprehensive intellectual property litigation and non-contentious legal services to leading short-form video platforms, Alibaba-affiliated enterprises, Huawei, E-World, 9377, Duoyi Network, Dyson, Xinbao, Morphy Richards, Ye Luoli, Mango TV, and other renowned companies.
- Represented a leading platform in initiating an unfair competition dispute against operators offering courses that primarily taught users to create "pseudo-original" videos by infringing copyrights. The effective judgment ruled that the course creators and operators constituted infringement and ordered them to pay RMB 1.85 million in damages. This case was a typical case publicly announced by the Tianhe District People’s Court of Guangzhou during the 2024 4.26 Intellectual Property Week and was widely covered by media outlets such as Guangdong News Radio, People’s Information, Southern Labor News, and Guangzhou Daily.
- Represented a network company in an unfair competition dispute, achieving a groundbreaking determination that the defendant’s implicit use of keywords constituted unfair competition. This case was also highlighted as a typical online game infringement case by the Tianhe District People’s Court of Guangzhou during the 2023 4·26 Intellectual Property Day public awareness campaign.
- Represented Shanghai Mouguo Information Technology Co., Ltd. in a software copyright licensing contract dispute against Shanghai Moushi Network Technology Co., Ltd. Despite the absence of a written copyright licensing agreement, the court ultimately recognized the existence of a de facto contract and ordered the defendant to pay over RMB 10 million in licensing fees.
- Provided comprehensive compliance advisory services to a Beijing-based game company for the launch of its game in South Korea. The game currently operates under satisfactory conditions.
Ms. Guo joined JunZeJun Law Offices in 2019. Before that, Ms. Guo worked in the intellectual property court of a High people's court.
