Mr. Zekai Xiong specializes in the areas of real estate and construction, corporate law, dispute resolution, bankruptcy restructuring and liquidation.

 

Mr. Zekai Xiong's main areas of practice are real estate and construction, corporate law, dispute resolution, bankruptcy restructuring and liquidation.

 

Mr. Zekai Xiong adjudicated on a great number of construction and real estate disputes and corporate disputes while serving in the Hunan Provincial Higher People's Court. After resigning, he worked as the director of the Legal Affairs Department of a large real estate enterprise, and participated in the group's major project demonstration and important contract ratification and approval. After engaging in lawyer's work, he has provided non-litigation legal services for many large real estate enterprises to prevent business risks.

 

Mr. Zekai Xiong has led and participated in more than one hundred complex and challenging litigation cases in the area of dispute resolution, meeting or exceeding the expectations of the stakeholders.

 

Mr. Zekai Xiong has actively coordinated with the government and the courts to facilitate the exit of zombie enterprises from the market, and participated in more than ten bankruptcy and liquidation cases.
