JunZeJun Assists EK Inc. in Successfully Completing the Cross-Border Acquisition of Italy’s Clay Paky S.r.l.

On July 31, 2025, EK Inc. (“EK”) successfully completed the closing of its acquisition of 100% equity in Clay Paky S.r.l., a renowned Italian manufacturer of stage lighting equipment. JunZeJun Law Offices acted as EK’s PRC legal counsel and provided comprehensive legal services throughout the transaction.

This transaction marks a significant step in EK’s global expansion strategy and represents a typical example of a Chinese enterprise engaging in outbound strategic acquisition.
