On February 9, 2017, Guangdong TuoSiDa Technology Co.Ltd made an initial public stock offering and successfully listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM. Beijing JunZeJun Law Office provided Guangdong TuoSiDa Technology Co.Ltd with full legal services during this IPO project.

 

Founded in 2007, TuoSiDa is dedicated to the development, manufacture and sales of industrial robots, and is committed to building industrial automation systems as well as searching for integrated automation solutions for system integration & ontology manufacturing & software development. December 24, 2014, TuoSiDa listed on the NEEQ（National Equities Exchanges and Quotations）. July 3, 2015, it firstly delivered pre-disclosure prospectus. December 23, 2016, TuoSiDa successfully passed the SFC Commission.
