Shenzhen Office Advised Golden Wing Mau and Legend Holdings to Complete the Reorganization

Acting as PRC legal adviser, our Shenzhen Office advised Golden Wing Mau Agriculture Produce Stock Limited Company (深圳市鑫荣懋农产品股份有限公司 or “Golden Wing Mau”) and the subsidiary of Legend Holdings Corporation (联想控股股份有限公司 or “Legend Holdings”,stock code: 03396.HK) to successfully complete the reorganization on fruit business.

 

Golden Wing Mau is the major fruit supply chain enterprise in the PRC, covering growing, storage, cold chain logistics, import and export and distribution of fruit etc. and directly serving major chain supermarkets in the PRC, providing customers and consumers with professional fruit supply chain services in order to enable consumers to fully enjoy fresh fruit and improve the health and quality of people’s lives. Legend Holdings’s fruit business has large-scale planting bases, exclusive species breeding rights, leading seed breeding centres, engineering technology centres, cold chain storage facilities and relevant marketing channels in the PRC and overseas. Through the reorganization, the company after business combination will be a global fruit enterprise with balanced capability in all links and an integrated industrial chain will be formed.
