Acting as PRC legal adviser, our Shenzhen Office advised Mastercraft International Holdings Limited（马仕达国际控股有限公司, stock code: 3966.HK） to successfully transfer of listing from the Growth Enterprise Market to the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 5 August 2015.
Mastercraft International Holdings Limited is principally engaged in the design and supply chain of lightings and home furnishing products. It has been successfully listed on the Growth Enterprise Market of Hong Kong Stock Exchange on July 20, 2012.
