JunZeJun, MOFCOM's lawyer of WTO and RTA Dispute Resolution

The WTO and Trade Remedies team of JunZeJun has recently won a spot on MOFCOM's open bidding for lawyers serving China's WTO and Regional Trade Agreement dispute resolution. According to the bidding notice, in the coming two years, any law firm to serve the Chinese government in the consultation, panel, appeal and implementation stage for WTO or RTA disputes should be appointed by the MOFCOM only from law firms who have won this bidding.

Thanks to its in-depth research in WTO laws and outstanding achievements in trade remedies during the past decade, JunZeJun has successfully joined MOFCOM's law firm pool for WTO and RTA work. This will enable the team to make the most use of its continuous legal research in WTO laws, to devise more practical and effective litigation strategies, to present its professional legal skills, and thus to better serve our client.  Meanwhile, this will also encourage JunZeJun's WTO and Trade Remedies team to push forward its research in WTO and RTA laws so as to provide a solid foundation for its legal practice in such fields as trade remedies, services trade, trade barriers and international investment.
