Acting as PRC legal adviser, JunZeJun Shenzhen Office advised Yi Hua Department Store Holdings Limited（益华百货控股有限公司, stock code: 2213.HK） to be successfully listed on the Main Board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 11 December 2013.
Yi Hua Department Store Holdings Limited is a long established department store chain based in Shiqi, Zhongshan City, principally engaging in the operation of department store, supermarket and electrical appliance centre, and expanding to the sales of furniture. Yi Hua Department Store Holdings Limited mainly locates its stores in cities at the growth stage of their economic development with better business potential, and provides a one-stop shopping experience by integrating a trendy department store with dining, entertainment and leisure services into a city mall complex.
