Mr. Tao Xiuming of JunZeJun Law Offices Invited to Make Speeches for the Training Sessions for New Arbitrators of CMAC

The China Maritime Arbitration Commission (CMAC) has organized trainings for their new arbitrators in Shanghai and Shenzhen respectively, as the new list published on 1st May, 2017. It is now Beijing's turn to hold the training session on 16th June, 2017.

 

 

JunZeJun founding partner, Mr. Xiuming Tao, who is also an arbitrator of the CMAC and the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), was invited to make a speech on “How to Draft an Arbitration Award”.  He shared by breaking it down to 5 main areas, “Characteristics of Arbitration”, “Hearing and Resolving”, “The Basic Requirements of Drafting an Arbitration Award”, “Quality Control of Decision Making” and “Case Study”, received much appreciation and positive response from the audiences.
