Focusing on the hot IPR practical and theoretical topics concerned by domestic and foreign clients, the IPR Team of JunZeJun Law Offices Shanghai Office is organizing the IPR Seminar Series consist of six seminars. With the topic of IPR Judicial System and Litigation Procedure of China, the first seminar of this series was held in the afternoon of November 13, 2012.  As the invited speaker, Doctor Xiuting Yuan, the IPR Consultant of JunZeJun Shanghai Office, associate professor of Tongji University IP Institute, and former IPR judge, analyzed in depth of the specific procedures and practical processes of the IPR litigation system of China.

The attendees of the first seminar included not only IPR lawyers from JunZeJun Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen Offices, but also lawyers from American Firm Miller Canfield Paddock & Stone and Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton, British firm Norton Rose, Belgium firm De Wolf & Partners, Italian firm Chiomenti Studio Legale, and Israeli ZAG Law Firm. The whole seminar was delivered with on site English Interpretation made by Ms. Ruilu Wang.  After the lecture, all the domestic and foreign IPR lawyers in the seminar launched a warm discussion on the practical issues of IPR litigation with Doc. Yuan.
