Mr. Jun Yan Attended the Training Seminar Hosted by Shenzhen Stock Exchange and Provided a Presentation

On May 15th, 2012, JunZeJun Guangzhou Office Partner Jun Yan was invited to attend the Membership Business Department Investor Protection Training Seminar co-hosted by Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE) and Guangdong Branch of China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC). Mr. Jun Yan provided a legal training on “Investor Protection and the Norm of Conduct for Securities Companies”, which set out from the essence of securities market to demonstrate the significance of investor protection. Meanwhile, from the prospective of the securities practice in Mainland China and Hong Kong, Mr. Jun Yan made concrete case analysis of various securities violations in the latest market, improving the self-regulation and risk awareness of securities companies. Mr. Jun Yan had advised a number of securities companies, trust companies and financial institutions regarding reorganization, trusteeship, suspension and rectification, and winding-up, conducting in-depth research on legal issues in the stock market. Leaders of the SZSE and Guangdong Branch of CSRC also attended the training seminar, and delivered the opening speech.
