Mr. Wang Zhengyang invited to deliver legal seminars in Tokyo, Osaka and Nagoya, Japan

Invited by Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC), Mr. Wang Zhengyang, senior partner of Beijing JunZeJun (Shanghai) Law Offices, delivered speeches on "Corporation Legal Risk Management in China" in Tokyo, Osaka and Nagoya on September 20, 21 and 23.

Criminal compliance is an extremely important part of enterprise compliance, and enterprises must prevent and control any criminal legal risk in order to achieve healthy sustainable development. During the seminar, Mr. Wang introduced various aspects of criminal compliance to the Japanese entrepreneurs in detail.

In addition, Mr. Wang explained how foreign-funded enterprises in China can protect their property right in real estate. He introduced relevant Chinese laws and policies, and possible legal risks relating to real estate that foreign-funded enterprises in China may face. Mr. Wang also presented related matters in relocation, liquidation of foreign-funded enterprises.

The three-day seminars attracted nearly 300 Japanese companies. In the Q&A session, Mr. Wang answered participating enterprises’ questions in details and addressed all legal problems the best possible way. The seminars were highly praised by all attendees.
