Shenzhen Office Advised Endong on Pre-IPO PE Investment

Acting as China Legal Counsel, JunZeJun Shenzhen Office advised Endong Holdings Limited to successfully close a pre-IPO private equity investment recently from a domestic leading PE fund.

Endong Holdings Limited is a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands, whose main business is design, manufacture and distribution of sportswear around China. It was awarded the honorary title of Chinese Famous Brand, Fujian Fomous Brand, National Product Exempting from Inspection and National Famous Trademark, as well as Excellent Enterprise of Top 100 Chinese Sports Brands. It plays a leading role in its field and also has a great potential in China along with the consumption upgrade by domestic residents.
