JunZeJun Shenzhen Office Advised Kehui Successfully Closed Series C Fund Raising

Acting as China Legal Counsel, our Shenzhen Office advised Kehui International Limited to successfully close Series C fund raising of US$ 20 million from an leading European private equity fund on April 23, 2012.
Kehui International Limited is a company incorporated in the Cayman Islands, whose main business is design, manufacture and distribution of copper and aluminum-coated wire around China. It was awarded the honorary title of High and New Tech Enterprise. It plays a leading role in its field and also has a great potential in China along with the consumption upgrade by domestic residents.
